With a hands on approach, Tom brings over a decade of experience to the team and serves an active role as the Design Director and Team Coordinator. Prior to starting Cognition PD, Tom was a Senior Designer at Philips Color Kinetics, where he was an integral member of the concept development group, managed the Industrial Design Department and helped to create and launch over 30 products.
